Can I dispute a transfer?
If you believe that a transfer was made incorrectly or notice any other errors in your Meso account, please contact our support team by sending an email to support@meso.network.
You can report an error within 72 hours of the completed transfer and we'll do our best to investigate and resolve it in a timely manner. Please include the transfer ID from the receipt you received by email and describe the reason for your dispute.
Keep in mind that crypto transactions are irreversible and both the bank account and wallet you use must belong to you in order to use Meso, so there may be some cases where we're unable to make changes once a transfer is complete. That said, if you need help with any aspect of your transfer, we're happy to look into it and help you in whatever way we can.
Can I request a refund?
Because crypto transactions are irreversible, Meso cannot process refunds. However, because all transfers are between accounts that you own (your bank account and your self-custodial wallet), you should always be in control of any money moved via Meso. See the article on Wallet Issues for more information.
In the event that you purchased crypto mistakenly and want to revert it back to your bank account, you may need to use an off-ramping service to move money back. Meso will be offering an off-ramp soon, but in the meantime you may need to engage another service for this activity.
